Bob Dylan has come out of a decade of isolation to revive John F. Kennedy’s murder mystery with a smashing new single. Titled “Murder Most Foul”, the song has already broken a record earning him his first-ever number one on the US Billboard Chart. With heavy references to the many controversies surrounding JFK assassination and a direct address to the Deep State, the 17-minute single has electrified the JFK files declassification movement.
Interestingly, the song was released just 6 days before 2 more of the surviving members of the Kennedy family were found dead in suspicious circumstances. With Donald Trump’s promise to declassify the rest of the JFK Files, this is to play a big role in the upcoming US elections.
Legendary American author and singer Bob Dylan, now aged 78, unexpectedly released a new single called “Murder Most Foul,” with a cryptic message on the 27thof March, 2020. This was Mr. Dylan’s first release in eight years.
Greetings to my fans and followers with gratitude for all your support and loyalty across the years.
This is an unreleased song we recorded a while back that you might find interesting.
Stay safe, stay observant and may God be with you.

The song commemorates the assassination of President John F. Kennedy (JFK) on the 22ndof November, 1963, a most painful and inglorious moment in American and world political history. This was an unreleased single and its date of recording is not clear.
The lyrics of the song read like a dirge, painful and mournful. The 17-minute song is meted out conversationally, but in the latter half, evolves into a discourse on American pop culture and artistry in the 1960s. The lyrics is full of references to controversies surrounding JFK assassination with a surprising dialogue to what appears to be with the Deep State.
The song starts right off proclaiming the murder was a ritual sacrifice and an inside job.
Being led to the slaughter like a sacrificial lamb
He said, “Wait a minute, boys, you know who I am?”
“Of course we do, we know who you are”
Then they blew off his head while he was still in the car
Shot down like a dog in broad daylight
There is also a mention of a successor to takeover as President after JFK’s murder. The reference seems to be to the widely believed case against former President Lyndon Johnson, and his cronies for their involvement in orchestrating the assassination of JFK and the subsequent coverup. The theory was popularized by Roger Stone, published in his shocking expose on the JFK assassination.
Relying heavily on expert eyewitness testimony and confessions from former high-ranking officials, The Man Who Killed Kennedy: The Case Against LBJ contains a mountain of evidence against then former President Lyndon Banes Johnson.
Was a matter of timing and the timing was right
You gotta pay debts, we’ve come to collect
We’re gonna kill you with hatred, without any respect
We’ll mock you and shock you and we’ll put it in your face
We’ve already got someone here to take your place
Further, the song also alludes to the controversy over JFK’s brain photographs. A staff report for the Assassinations Records Review Board contended that brain photographs in the Kennedy records are not of Kennedy’s brain and show much less damage than Kennedy sustained. There is also a hint that the Americans have been looking for it for the last 50 years and possibly the truth will be revealed with the next batch of JFK files Trump promised to declassify.
They mutilated his body, and they took out his brain
What more could they do?
They piled on the pain
But his soul’s not there where it was supposed to be at
For the last fifty years they’ve been searchin’ for that
A recurring theme in the song is the suggestion that the murder was a ritual – a human sacrifice.
Zapruder’s film I’ve seen that before
Seen it 33 times, maybe more
It’s vile and deceitful
It’s cruel and it’s mean
Ugliest thing that you ever have seen
They killed him once and they killed him twice
Killed him like a human sacrifice
Robert F. Kennedy (known as RFK) was also assassinated by a gunshot on 6th June, 1968, under similar realms of controversy as surrounded the murder of his brother JFK. It is no wonder that Kennedy’s is considered to be one of the most unfortunate, even “Cursed” families in the political history of America.
Last week, RFK’s grand-daughter, 40-year old Maeve Kennedy Townsend McKean, and her family were self-quarantining at their family home in Maryland. She and her son, Gideon were reported missing on 2nd April, 2020, just 6 days after the release of Dylan’s song.
On Monday, 6th April, investigators found Maeve McKean’s body 2.5 miles away from her residence, sunken in 25 feet of water. Later, 8-year old Gideon’s body was also recovered. Strong winds and waves were reportedly observed at the time of the incident in the area by the Coastal Guard.
Our Indian readers should note that JFK assassination paved the way for a series of assassination of Indian leaders as well. The declassification of JFK files will have an impact on India as well. However, how many experts in India are watching these developments is anybody’s guess.
