Near February, a fire broke out near East Palestine, Ohio, as a result of a Norfolk Southern train carrying hazardous chemicals derailing. Officials from the city, state, and Norfolk decided to start a controlled demolition of the materials instead of trying to put out the fire.

Dangerous chemicals were released into the air, soil, and water as a result of the explosion. Less than a week after the derailment and three days after the explosion, residents were told they may return after being evacuated.

However, months later, people in East Palestine were still raising the alarm about health problems they thought were related to the chemicals, and other films that appeared to depict an oily rainbow coating over surrounding streams and in muddy soil went viral.

As 2023 draws to an end, Biden has backed out of his promised visit, claiming his packed schedule. He did, however, succeed in finding a sizable amount of time for a vacation in Delaware.

Sadly, the only reasonable explanation at this point for his choosing not to visit is that he simply doesn’t care.”

In the meantime, Biden’s potential rival for the presidency in 2024 gained support from people in the swing state when he traveled to East Palestine in the same month as the accident. The former president referred to the government’s handling of the mishap as a “betrayal.”

When it took Biden 13 days to travel to Hawaii following terrible wildfires that claimed over 100 lives, his lack of compassion for those affected by natural disasters was once again evident. When the US president did arrive, he made an effort to relate to the victims by telling them about a house fire that “almost” destroyed his car and cat, which infuriated more people.

“Lightning struck at home, on a little lake that’s outside of our home—not a lake, a big pond—and hit a wire that came up underneath our home into the heating ducts and air conditioning ducts,” the president said. “To make a long story short, I almost lost my wife, my ’67 Corvette, and my cat.”

September’s legislative elections in Slovakia resulted in the election of Prime Minister Robert Fico, who campaigned on a platform of cutting off all aid to Ukraine, a goal that was subsequently endorsed by the Slovak parliament in November.

However, it seems that no first family scandal compares to the much-discussed presidential son, Hunter Biden. In fairness, though, Hunter is regarded as the most historically exposed first son. Just before the 2020 election, he is said to have left a laptop at a repair shop in Delaware, the contents of which were later leaked to the media.

The laptop contained images and videos of Hunter smoking what appears to be crack cocaine in various states of undress, including inside a drug rehab facility, while driving his car at high speeds on the highway and allegedly with escorts. The laptop was first suppressed by a large portion of the mainstream media and major social media sites.

Numerous financial documents and emails exchanged between Hunter and his international business associates were also included. Joe Biden has been plagued by that particular feature throughout 2023.

The House Oversight Committee, which is in charge of the current probe into the Biden family, claims that funds were transferred through Hunter and James Biden, the president’s brother, before arriving at Joe’s desk.

Committee Chairman James Comer (R-KY) presented proof of at least two instances in which James Biden deposited funds into Joe Biden’s account after payments into Hunter or James Biden’s accounts were made by an American hospital operator and a Chinese corporation.

Additionally, there was evidence on the laptop that Joe had met in person with several of Hunter’s foreign business associates, including those from Ukraine, Russia, Mexico, China, and Kazakhstan, and that he had written letters of recommendation to universities for the offspring of a Chinese business associate. Biden has consistently denied meeting, speaking, or discussing business with his son’s business associates during his campaign and presidency.

House Republicans decided to formally begin an investigation into Joe Biden’s impeachment at the beginning of December. The White House denounced it as politically motivated, as it has done since the investigation’s inception.

“I did not. And it’s just a bunch of lies. They’re lies. I did not. They’re lies.” Despite materials shown by congressional leaders, the president told reporters in December.

Although the gun and tax accusations against Hunter Biden are unlikely to be used against him, he was also indicted for them.

When cocaine was discovered in the White House over the summer, Hunter also seemed to give his father’s administration some more trouble; nevertheless, the matter was dismissed by the Secret Service after two weeks without a suspect. The White House maintained that it didn’t belong to any member of the Biden family, including Hunter, who was there right before it was found, even though there was widespread criticism of Hunter because of his past involvement with illegal substances.

The Inevitability of Age & Decline

Likely, Biden doesn’t recall meeting Hunter’s associates, which is why he keeps denying that they ever met.

Even though Biden’s age was a concern for him during the campaign, rewatching footage from 2020 shows that he appears youthful in comparison to the present, while this is true of many presidents both before and after the White House. Biden began his administration later than his predecessors.
