A secret RCMP report, made available following an access to information request from Matt Malone, warns that Canadians may revolt once they realize the extent of their financial difficulties. Additionally, the report states that Canada’s current state of affairs “will probably deteriorate further in the next five years.”
A confidential RCMP assessment has alerted the federal government to the possibility of civil unrest in Canada if people become aware of their dire economic circumstances.
According to data from the World Nuclear Association, the global uranium reserves by country have been revealed, with Australia topping the list.
The Whole-of-Government Five-Year Trends for Canada study states that “the coming period of recession will… accelerate the decline in living standards that the younger generations have already witnessed compared to earlier generations.”
“For example, many Canadians under 35 are unlikely ever to be able to buy a place to live,” it adds.
The classified report, code-named “secret,” is meant to be shared exclusively among “decision-makers” in the federal government and within the RCMP as “special operational information.”
Following an access to information request from Matt Malone, an expert in government secrecy and assistant professor of law at Thompson Rivers University in British Columbia, a severely redacted version was made available.
The paper, which bills itself as a “scanning exercise,” aims to identify global and Canadian trends “that could have a significant effect on the Canadian government and the RCMP.”
The authors of the paper issue a warning right away, stating that Canada’s current state of affairs “will probably deteriorate further in the next five years.”
The RCMP warns of a future increasingly characterized by unpredictable weather, seasonal disasters like wildfires, flooding, and declining living conditions. The authors of the paper have expressed concern that Canada is under growing pressure to relinquish its Arctic territory.
The report’s authors attribute the growing disenchantment of Canadians with their government to “misinformation,” “conspiracy theories,” and “paranoia,” which is another central topic.
One of the report’s “overarching considerations” states, “Law enforcement should expect continuing social and political polarization fueled by misinformation campaigns and an increasing mistrust for all democratic institutions.”
Paradoxically, a section titled “Erosion of Trust” is one of the more severely suppressed portions of the report. A portion of the first sentence states, “The past seven years have seen marked social and political polarization in the Western world.” Government censors have removed the full rest of the sentence.
The majority of a passage warning against “paranoid populism” was likewise removed by the censor’s pen. The one non-redacted statement in the section states, “Populists willing to tailor their messages to appeal to extremist movements have been capitalizing on the rise of political polarization and conspiracy theories.”
The figures that are currently available support the RCMP’s warnings regarding falling living standards and inaccessible home ownership.
Since at least the 1980s, Canadian productivity has been declining as expressed in GDP per capita. However, this has escalated significantly in recent years, even as many of our comparable countries have seen increases in productivity per worker.
According to a study conducted last year by economist Trevor Tombe of the University of Calgary, Canadian per-capita incomes would have increased by $5,500 if the country had only kept up with the growth in U.S. productivity during the previous five years.
In the meantime, a December RBC report claims that housing affordability has hit “worst-ever” levels in the majority of Canada’s main areas. Even condos have become so expensive on average that only 44.5% of Canadian households could afford to purchase one at the current price. Only the wealthiest 25% of Canadian households have any chance of owning a single-family home.
The RCMP assessment of the remaining years of the decade begins, “Economic forecasts for the next five years and beyond are bleak,” and it even includes a quotation from French President Emmanuel Macron stating that “the end of abundance” is near.
HARHARHAR!
White Cowards will NEVER fight their “gods”!
And what side of that is the RCMP be on?
Misinformation! the lying never stops. The government literally forced poison on the nation under the dubious leadership of Fidel’s son. The whole lot should be tried for murder.
